Apparently the success of James Tynion IV's Batman/TMNT mini-series was just the beginning. During SDCC, IDW Publishing and DC Entertainment have announced that the Dark Knight and the Turtles will once again team up in November 2016!
Batman/TMNT: Adventures is a collaboration between the creators of Batman: The Animated Series and Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The story will be written by Matthew K. Manning (Beware the Batman) and drawn by Jon Sommariva (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles).
No announcement has been made regarding its story. We have yet to find out if it will serve as a continuation to the mini-series written by Tynion IV. In either case, we really don't mind. The team-up between Batman and the Turtles will always be interesting.
